How to login

To log in users can visit https://portal.picopoint.com and user their Gatekeeper Portal account username and password.

Acquiring a Gatekeeper Portal account #

Users can log in by using their account supplied by Picopoint Solutions, or by a third-party on behalf of Picopoint Solutions.

  • To request a Gatekeeper Portal account, please contact your supplier.
  • If Picopoint Solutions is your supplier, you can contact info@picopoint.com.

Navigating to the Gatekeeper Portal #

The Gatekeeper Portal can be accessed via the login screen, you can navigate here: https://portal.picopoint.com

If you are using Picopoint Solutions location-based services via a third-party reseller, you may be able to log in via a third-party portal. The entire Gatekeeper portal will be branded and styled in a custom reseller theme. Please contact your reseller for more information on the availability of this feature.

How to log in #

To log in a user has to enter their username and password, then click “Login”.
