If a user has forgotten the password to an account, or if a new account has been acquired and a password needs to be set for the first time, it is possible to reset a password. This allows a user to set a new password.
How to reset a password #
To start the password reset procedure, please follow these steps:
- On the login screen click “Forgot your password?”.
- Enter your username or e-mail address and click “Next”;
- Open your e-mail client, you will receive a “new password request” e-mail on the e-mail address used in your portal account;
- In the e-mail find your “password reset code”, copy this code;
- Go back to your browser, input the password reset code in the “Password reset code” field and click “Next”;
- Enter a new password and confirm your new password bij retyping it correctly in the second field;
- Click “Next” to complete the password reset.
Finally try to log in using your username and new password.
