Reset password

If a user has forgotten the password to an account, or if a new account has been acquired and a password needs to be set for the first time, it is possible to reset a password. This allows a user to set a new password.

How to reset a password #

To start the password reset procedure, please follow these steps:

  1. On the login screen click “Forgot your password?”.
  2. Enter your username or e-mail address and click “Next”;
  3. Open your e-mail client, you will receive a “new password request” e-mail on the e-mail address used in your portal account;
  4. In the e-mail find your “password reset code”, copy this code;
  5. Go back to your browser, input the password reset code in the “Password reset code” field and click “Next”;
  6. Enter a new password and confirm your new password bij retyping it correctly in the second field;
  7. Click “Next” to complete the password reset.

Click “Forgot your password?” to start

Enter your e-mail address or username

Check your e-mail and copy your “password reset code”…

Enter your “password reset code”…

Enter a new password…

Retype your new password…

Click “Next” to change the password.

Finally try to log in using your username and new password.
