Case Branded guest access and authentication services for busses and stations.
   
Objective To offer branded guest access and authentication services for customers to log on to the wireless network of the RET in busses and on high density subway stations. Monitoring quality of service, providing the customer with valuable insights.
   
Result Over 256 busses and 12 stations now connect to the RET network via the Gatekeeper platform allowing the customer to track commuter movement, expand marketing communities on facebook and further enrich their CRM database with profile data.
