Access management
Picopoint provides you with a management portal with all essential information.
Details on active and past sessions at all your locations are among the various reports delivered. GateKeeper provides the following information on each session that passes through the system:
- how many users were on-line,
- which users are on-line,
- who is roaming,
- at what locations,
- what access products are used,
- what traffic went trough the system
- hourly, daily, weekly and monthly statistics
- actual turnover information
- a database with all customer history and profiles.
Additionally, GateKeeper can group sessions into access groups based on vendor specific location-aware features of the gateway such as SSID, Called-Station-Id, or AP grouping. And all customer info from mac address etc to profile history.
