As the Importer & Distributor of LG-Ericsson, Lancom Systems and PicopPoint in the UK, Capstan’s aim is to grow market share through the provision of high quality, extremely well featured products, at highly competitive prices whilst offering industry leading Reseller discounts & margins.

As a Distributor we view our strength in depth of product knowledge – master of one, not jack of all products – as a major element of our offering to the Channel. We also recognise that whilst product and pricing are critical to the recruitment of Resellers, the sustainability of market growth is through the retention of our Channel partners, and we have implemented a number of strategic elements to support our Channel. These are:

• Extensive website & Customer portal with on-demand virtual training & branded marketing material
• On-site demonstrations with end-users
• Real-time technical support - we don’t use voicemail & all calls are answered by real people! (and we don’t go home until all calls have been dealt with)
• Rigorous in-house lab testing of new products prior to release in the UK – even if they have already launched in other countries
• Very high stock levels to ensure 99.9% stock availability
