Objective Roll out of high quality and branded guest access in the Bijenkorf stores. Login methods via Bijenkorf account and Facebook account. Connection with the Bijenkorf webshop once the customer is logged in to the Bijenkorf wireless network. Weekly provisioning of em-ail addresses for e-marketing purposes.
   
Result Today on average 20.000 users a month are connected via the Gatekeeper platform with an average duration of 15 minutes per visitor. The login method via the Bijenkorf account enriches the CRM database with customer data and promotes the Bijenkorf brand.
